Planning applications will often be granted with a set of conditions which must be satisfied either before works begin or before the plans become operational. Arbor Vitae were asked to complete a Habitat Management Plan for a former sand and gravel quarry which will be used as a holiday home destination.
The site supports a range of different habitats and protected species and therefore sensitive management will be required. Grassland, scrub, ponds and hedgerow were included within the plan as well as proposed tree and shrub planting.
